OUR OFFICE

We know that just the idea of walking into a dental office can be stressful, so we have decorated our reception room to look like a comfortable living room with soothing colors and plush chairs. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate from our coffee station while you read a magazine or watch TV on our big screen TV as you wait. We do our best to keep wait times to a minimum. We do not triple book our schedule, so each patient is given time with Dr. Mia to discuss any questions or concerns before any treatment.

 

We also like to take the time to get to know everyone and our goal is to make it feel more like meeting a friend for coffee with some dental work on the side. We strive to make your dental experience as comfortable as possible so that you feel like you are at spa rather than a dental office. We have dental chairs that massage and have heat in them to soothe your entire body as you are being worked on. We also have warm towels, aromatherapy heated neck pillows, Netflix and Virtual Reality glasses to help pass the time and de-stress while you are here. Patient comfort and quality care are our top priorities and we are always improving with the latest in education and technologies.

  • We pre-screen our patients by sending out a COVID form prior to their appointment.

  • Our staff members feel 100% healthy or they stay home.

  • We have sanitizer everywhere and we provides masks and gloves if you don't have them.

  • We also have medical-grade air filters throughout the office to reduce aerosols and clean the air all day and night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know 3 business days in advance.  We reserve the right to charge for broken appointments and cancelled appointments without proper notice.

INSURANCE

We accept most PPO insurance plans.  Please call our office to make an appointment and we will help you to maximize your coverage.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), Debit Cards, Cash and Personal Checks.  For our patient's convenience, we also have in house payment plans as well as interest free payment plans through CareCredit and Lending Club.
